MIKE HALL, PRESIDENT
Mike Hall has over 20 years of construction experience including; multifamily, residential, and commercial fit-up. Mike processes extensive experience in structural repair and historic restoration. Mike helped develop Andover Construction in 2006, and remains active in the company’s day to day operations, processes, growth, and project development. Mike has a degree in Architectural Technology and attended Asbury University for a degree in Business and Ethics. Mike sits on the Board of Architectural Review in Woodford County, is the current President of the charity BIA Cares, and coaches his 3 daughter’s soccer and Basketball teams. Mike’s passion for history, quality construction practices, and life make him an asset to the projects that Andover Construction takes on.
EMILY PAYTON, PURCHASING AND ESTIMATION
Emily Payton is a Native of Lexington Ky, who has developed herself into an authority of job costing, value engineering, and material acquisition. Emily has a degree in Architectural Technology, and supports her community through non-profit efforts, charity organization, and leadership..
JUSTIN JEFFERIES, PROJECT MANAGER
Justin Jeffries joined Andover Construction in 2011 after graduating with a Construction Management degree from Western Kentucky University. Before joining Andover, Justin had valuable hands on experience in remodeling, framing and Insulated Concrete Form construction. Justin began his career with Andover as an Assistant Project Manager on the Lakewood Park Apartment renovation. Currently, he is a Project Manager & Builder at the Patchen Wilkes Townhomes.
MARSHALL HADDIX, PROJECT MANAGER
Marshall Haddix is a Lexington KY native that started working in the construction industry in 1997. Marshall studied Architectural Technology at BCTC, where he developed a fondness for period architecture. Marshall began working on multifamily remodeling projects for Andover Construction in 2007, and has developed into our commercial renovation guru.
BRENDA WALLER, ACCOUNTANT
Brenda is a graduate of Bellarmine University with a degree in Accounting. She has work in the thoroughbred industry doing accounting work for the owners of Derby great, Seattle Slew. Brenda is responsible for the accounting of Andover Construction LLC. She has been a member of the Junior League of Lexington as well as involvement with the Children's Miracle Network at the University of Kentucky Children's Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House. Brenda is married to her husband Bob and has 2 children, daughter Henderson and son Robert.
