OUR BUILD PROCESS. 

Our Build Process is designed to take 7 months from Pre-Approval to Move In.  We work with several local banks to provide our clients with options for financing.  We also work with local architects to design a floor plan that meets your specific needs and give you a rough estimate without ever asking for a dime!  Once you are comfortable with your plan and the price, we work to finalize the construction documents and make selections.  After breaking ground we can usually build your home in 5 short months.  We then schedule a closing and help you move in to your brand new home!
